vestor,

And one other spin to throw on the "odd" timing for this lawsuit is this: You can't get blood from a stone (but maybe you could get some $ from a company that is flush with cash just received from a strategic investor/buyout?)

However, my experience has been similar to yours (in being an investor when this class-action suits are brought by shareholders): They are difficult, if not impossible to prove, are often dismissed upfront and generally leave the front pages quickly as the companies move forward with their business strategies.

This is why public companies have corporate counsel on staff.

At no surprise, I am very pleased to see JT's quick and strong response to put this lawsuit in the "meritless" category and take the high road on this subject. As usual, ABTX management comes across as direct, factual and pulls no punches.

However, given the legitation going on and the timeline for the announcement being so close (now measured in days and a few weeks), I expect to hear no further updates from ABTX until the BIG ONE drops. I doubled my position today under $14.
