Richard: As for the divergence between small cap and large cap members of the sector, it happened in the last recovery, too. Which way it gets resolved will be determined by what happens to bookings, IMO.
On this we are certainly agreed. And if the bookings continue their recovery, it's not too late to see 100% gains in these companies, I believe.

I don't think we'll find stats on bullishness/bearishness here. But, when the long-term bulls see their long-term price targets met, and then extend those targets further along, that's a pretty good indication... it worked on the way down; I was just one of the bears who was busy lowering his target while the stock turned<g>.
