I agree with most of what you had to say. I used to be a day trader. Over the past 18 months, I have bought and sold on a much less frequent basis than in the past. I have made a substantial amount more this way than trading. But, this only works during the best bull market in history.

I like your analysis but I would work off of an expected PE of 30 for planning purposes. Still, TLAB is a buy and hold for the next 12-18 months. For those who like to buy options, look at in the money LEAPS.

By the way, I still believe we will see DOW 10000 in the next 4-6 weeks.

Mike- good post. I find myself agreeing with almost all your observations.
Finding a company that looks as solid as Tellab's for the next two years is hard to do. I'm looking for new product annoouncements to extend the good holding period to 5-8 years, and perhaps ramp up your projections a tad.
