matthew lange,

If anyone is short after seeing what happened to DBCC before the IPO has to have their head examined. There are only some 6.2 million in the float and when it starts to move it will be almost impossible to cover. A short may make some money but, boy, there have to be better stocks to short in this market!!

There are stories of "professional money managers" who shorted INet stocks that have had their personal fortunes wiped out and have filed bankruptcy. Why in the world someone would step in front of an out of control speeding freight train and think that by strong will and a briefcase full of documents proving "overvalued" that they could even slow the train down.

IMO

Steve Davis

Dude:
Am I long or short ???
I long 120 shares and short 100 shares, so I am net long 20 shares ...
Can you tell me the sure way of taking off the long leg and the short leg ... and profit handsomely ...

Matthew I can't understand anyone standing pat with a short position in NAVR, even if they have 3-5 times the value of the position in cash, as thats what it'll take to ride through the IPO. If you know of anyone that currently holds a short position tell us what they're rational is. I find it almost impossible to beleive that anyone on SI and who follows what's going on could conclude that a short in NAVR is a good investment. I'm anxious for the NASDAQ short interest to be published as I can't envision those 2.0 mil shorts (unless they're boxed?) from Dec wanting to ride position.
