elroy-- they dont drive as much, nor are their trips the distance our are. additionally, many european cars are more fuel efficient than american cars. europe is a lot different than the US. just wait, when and if it does happen (and there is a question of if to me), american consumers are going to start bitching. of course, there are also the environmental benefits of moving beyond the IC engine<G>. but hey, i dont fell like playing greenpeace today<G>. good luck to all, trey
