Dan, typically the case comes with at least a basic hardware
pack, not the motherboard.

You ask a good question, which I have asked at various
mom & pop PC marts: Where do you get this stuff? Typical
answer, from the more polite ones, was to go into the
back room and return with a handful of mostly useless stuff
and say "Here". This is all the stuff they had no use
for ...

The only really good packages of mounting hardware I have
obtained have been delivered with cases.

Daniel,

They should come with the case. unfortunately I have seen many lately that don't. Scrounge is the right word. Local shops are usually the best source but I have had trouble getting em in the past. My INWIN case came with None (I knew that old 386 would come in handy for something :) ). The SC750 came with plenty of mounting posts, feat, screws and misc case hardware and cable fasteners.
