Well, gee, Jeff, who can say? Spidey so often proclaims cosmic events that he never gets around actually to describing. And don't you find it a little suspicious that he'd wait to spring this till it's too late for anyone to make calls that would clarify things? Remember how they proclaimed a heady victory for AZNT after the 2 October injunction hearing, which was also on a Friday afternoon? Ah yes, all that tequila and rum.

Only it wasn't a victory. When we got hold of the transcript we discovered just what it was...and the proceedings were not exactly as Spidey'd described them to be.

And I wonder...if this has to do with the Federal case, as I assume it does if George is involved, why the rush? Why a meeting apparently set up at the last minute? Were counsel for the defendants present? I scarcely think George would make decisions critical to the defendants' interests without the participation of their attorneys.

Something rather odd about the whole business, no?
