Steve: I am about to switch my account from Waterhouse (they have all of the problems that have been plaguing online brokers that are growing too fast) and I am very impressed with all that I have read about your firm. I have 2 questions before I make my final decision. First, I could not find the rate that you charge for margin interest on your web site. There seems to be a wide variance between firms and I am curious as to what your firm charges. Also, I get the impression that your firm is a small, boutique type of firm that is able to give great personal service. I am wondering if your recent favorable reviews in "thestreet.com" and other places has attracted so many new clients that this high level of service might change. This seems to have happened to many other firms due to client growth that was too fast. I would like to know how you are handling increased growth. Also, if there are other long term clients that read this post, I would be interested in their comments as to level of service now as compared to the past.
