Hi Neil: Thanks for the compliment! We got TV in our home in 1956. I don't recall seeing Muffin the Mule although his fame was already so general that everybody knew about him. I have seen a few snippets from old programmes. I mainly remember him because he was on the wallpaper of our next door neighbour's nursery.
