Mike,

I just have to step in here to say that I have been burned by E*Trade several times -- over $10,000.00 disappeared from my account, trade confirmations coming 1-2 hours after entering orders (great for daytrading!), bad fills (which were not corrected). And customer service people who don't have a clue about anything, sometimes.

I'm planning to switch.

You are obviously more an investor in E-Trade than a customer!!!

Their service really does suck hugely. There are rumblings of a class action suit, and as much as I despise (most) attorneys, I'll happily sign my name on that piece o' paper...

E-Trade might well implode under its own growth rate...
