Dan, It was my understanding that the lawyers were going over each PR to keep this exact thing from happening "again". I don't understand it. I wonder if Teltek will have to put out a correction on their PR, since it was basically the same information. RE: The "stock option thing". Is that the type thing that the shareholders would have to vote on first? Being new to all this, I don't know. Just wondering. Anyway, I hope it all gets worked out soon. I am sure that Cheryl and Roger have been very busy this afternoon. Dan...let's see the explanation from Roger. If need be, I know a "concrete cobbler"! LOL..JUST KIDDING!
