Sandra, there appears to be quite a few holders that were up over 100%. In addition, VTR held a sizable position before this run. I am happy to see the continued volume as it increases the distribution of the stock. As soon as VTR is complete, I speculate that we should see movement in the stock. Especially encouraging is CRUT on the bid for most of the action (though not always high bid, they keep jumping in during signs of weakness.)

PS I don't like VTR, but I do like CRUT...

wonder why the common did nothing today

That's a real good question that I don't know the answer to. I would have thought that it might get dragged along with the preferred stock, but that could happen next week. I wonder if many of the INTXA shareholders are even aware. If nothing else this whole scenario is interesting. If the present price of the preferred holds we will probably see the warrants called within the next 20 days.

Do you, or anyone, know the particulars on the preferred stock? It looks like there is a dividend (cash or common stock) that goes with them, or is part of the conversion.
