Their last upgrade in Dec 7 didn't help PAIR much in its down
trend. Just go with trend.

Maybe Preferred Cap Mkts didn't buy quite enough at 8 1/32 and would like more.

At least they didn't upgrade at 25 and downgrade at 8 the way so many of these geniuses do.

I think this is just a case of an ANALyst trying to look like they made a good call. Earnings in a week and half, PAIR already said they were gonna disappoint, price has a little increase,etc..... F'em
