Jane,

Sold at 51 3/16 at the open and bought it back at the close.

I think it will go to 100 plus in short order. Only 4M in the float.

Also received an upgrade and a 100 price target.

NAVR - also expect it to go on IPO hype - You are in it NAVR aren't you??

JL

Jane, i noticed you like the wireless plays, and ive been doing a bit of research. ill add WWCA to the list of NXTL, OMPT, and AERL, and rank them in that order. WWCA has had strong takeover rumors since an article appeared on 1/6/99, link is:

go2net.newsalert.com

WWCA has 9 strong buys, 4 mod, buys and 2 holds. 76m shares out, only 2.3m float, inst. hold 27m, D/E=9.25 (1.3b in debt)with positive shareholder equity.

NXTL has 269m shares out, 56m float, and inst. hold 133m, 9b in debt, 2.0b in shareholder equity, 11 strong buys, 3 moderate buys, 8 holds.

OMPT has negative SH equity, 2.2b in debt, 8 strong buys, 8 mod. buys, 5 holds. 53m shhares out, 16m float, inst hold 25m.

AERL seems like the regional play, since theyre only in a few smaller markets, tampa, columbus, etc. 2 strong buys, 1 mod. buy, 6 holds, 1 strong sell. shares out 71m, float 13m, inst. hold 8m. 900 m in debt, little cash.

anyway, these are just some benchmarks. hopefully others can contribute to the mix of info, and see if the ranking approach helps sort thru the maze....let me know your thoughts...thx....jeer
