An acquaintance of an acquaintance who was there says independent talks by a President of a major roofing co. and by a well known independent consultant were saying that WINA will revolutionize the roofing industry (worldwide). Also, the group from Mexico were lauding the merits of the product, and overheard some whispering about all of Latin America (?they want to be distributors as well, maybe?). Other very exciting news was overheard but doesn't want to pass it on (probably wants to be the first one buying on Tuesday). Stock expected to climb quickly.

Bottomline in any Bus. is what the customers say. All of the roofers I spoke to, including the biggest roofing contractor in Fla. are very impressed with what they say is a revolutionary , better, cheaper product than anything on the market now. I have also read a letter from the person conducting testing for Dade County Fla.( Which has the most rigorous standards in the country)that they believe Urecoats 100 is a superior method not only for roofing but also for waterproofing. I have heard that Urecoats has booked its second order for 250,000 gals. This order together with its 500,000 gal order from Mexico will give our company a great start as Urecoats should begin shipping in Feb 99.
