Exactly, I find these types of lawsuits insidious and small minded. These people cry FOUL, but their just 'job tree huggers' going after some deep pockets!

Just like the DOJ case, a government shake down, going after the deep pockets. Meanwhile, Jim Barksdale is snickering and snorting and laughing while counting his millions in stock options from the Netscape deal, and Scott McNeally is laughing his a*s off because he now controls Netscape Navigator.

It seems that unbridled success brings out the moral indignation of certain people, and it certainly brings out the parasites looking for their piece of the pie.
