For over three years, Buy 1s and 2s and sell 3s and 4s has been a method for making money.
(unfortunately, I didn't)

And there are probably a lot of players out there still willing to bank on those moves continuing.
It's like kicking a field goal.... take the lesser but nearly absolute points.
Ah, but the risk takers go for the bomb.... and the Super Bowl.

That same pattern mentioned above can also be called a "consolidation." Which is a basing pattern, prelude to a sometimes substantial upmove.

Another thing worthy of consideration is the well-known target date fo Feb. 1.
Often, the anticipation of selling pressure is more extreme than the actual pressure when that target date arrives.
...because anything known is already anticipated and prepared for.
So if we don't get selling pressure in early Feb, that absence of selling could translate into Buying pressure from those who anticipate buying at a lower price...and don't get it.
So the contrarian play might be to accumulate now. At least a pilot position, in case lower prices don't materialize.

Of course there is also the possibility that the company is prepared to counter any selling by Broad with positive news releases.
But most of all, I expect Broad considers the company a worthy hold for another 6 months or so.
No matter what their profits by selling in Feb., chances are they can add double-digit growth by mid-year. And perhaps triple-digit by year-end.

Just my opinion of course,
Jerry
