I have never met the Chief nor do I know him - I am about 99.999% sure that he did not sell his RKR today or at any price even ridicuoulsy close to 20 cents - I have been around SI for long enought to know his realationship with RKR. Just cus he does not poste here does not mean he does not like the stock

This is a lot more exposure for RKR...I think it is good news!! Mr. Cochrane under contract, is not aloud to take an interest in the company!!! Mr. Cochrane does not have any interest, direct or indirect, in the company or its securities, or any right to acquire such an interest. That is how I see it. IMHO No conflicts of interest here! I like a clean ship mates!! 1st.Mate
