This is the time! Me and MR SMITH spent many long hours on the Phone! He made the calls and I made suggestions on what to look for. We got INDEPENDANT verification on lots of the things that the CEO was saying. And yes there was INDEED a buy out offer but they decided not to take it.I think it would be a really good idea to buy a bunch of this stock at these prices. The bubble on this INTERNET thing will burst soon and yes commoditites will be back in favor. I think it is time to start thinking about a long term hedge. This one looks like a good bet. They do have a way of missing deadlines like most penny stocks, but The CEO seems to be making allot of good moves.
