All speculation my friend, take a look at all of the other projects that Pam Am has started over the last 7 months. All have been a flop. This is why the 10Q will not be released. Then you have a Carl Cruse that is being sues by the Federal Government for Fraud, and John Schmitz has him call the Pan Am investors that have concerns about why the STOCK price has plummeted 90%.
