Sounds like more of the same with Suretrade. I transferred to
another broker several weeks ago and haven't had any problems.
Not only does Un-Suretrade not provide and customer support
but they don't EVER take responsiblity for their software bugs that
cost investors large amounts of money.

DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!!!

Tips:
To save time and money, quit your acct. there
Its service is too bad.
Because it, I lost my chance and money, then I quit.
Its commision is cheap,but it is not worth to take it because of its service. Don't save little to lose a big amount.
This is my experience.
