In my opinion Teltek must feel that the stock will be much higher than 1.50 or they would receive no benefit from the options. They must feel that this will be a profitable relationship for BOTH parties. i really see this first contract as a foot in the door. The revenues are small, but an important relationship has been struck from which larger more profitable contracts can be derived. IMHO.

<<Maybe Digitcom
believes that the share price will be much higher in the future, thereby giving a good deal
to Teltek. I mean, if the share price is below $1.50, the options are meaningless. Right?>>

I full agree, with one "small" (but very important 'revision"!LOL):

It is more Teltek which thinks 1.5 is a good deal, and that is why they agree to partner with Dgiv. Think about it. Teltek has the necessary licenses to get into China, and they chose DGIV as the dance partner, which means DGIV must look 'pretty good' :))))))))))
