It can't. NT can't see FAT32 at all. As far as I know,
only partition magic can resize a partition smaller without
data loss. I DID mean to use PM for that, because it's
probably unavoidable.

However, now that I know the FAT32 partition is only 1 gig,
I would be inclined to leave it the same size. I thought
it was the whole disk for some reason (actually, I thought
so because it's what I'd do <gg> - human nature). It's
possible that Win98 can change FAT32 to FAT16; if not,
PM is the only alternative.
