I have re-read the PR several times and there is some positive info if you just overlook the Correction heading. Correction seems so negative, however we finally have some numbers in a PR so we can judge potential revenue and earnings.

And the stock options, what does this actually mean?
Are the shares being given to Teltek is exchange for the use of the license?

Good Night,
Mark

in a way, the most important information in the correction, and i am glad to read it, is the fact that teltek was willing to take DGIV stock option of 1.5

as its business partner, teltek must know DGIV business plan, its financial status,etc....(basically EVERYTHING about DGIV).
Knowing all of DGIV financials deals and contracts, knowing what DGIV deals with teltek itself mean to DGIV bottom line (both the China deal as well as potentially future deals involving other countries in which teltek has a presence), teltek agreed on the 1.5 option price. That means it feels that DGIV will be much higher than 1.5 in the future.

if someone has told you this morning that Teltek, a major DGIV business partner which would have access to DGIV business dealing, feels that DGIV share price will be much higher in the future than today's closing share price, wouldn't you be happy? I know I would :)

(especially when Teltek is willing to put its belief in DGIV potential on the line with the option share price, and especially when teltek itself can be instrumental in helping DGIV improve its future share price through its business association with DGIV)

good points about re-reading the release tonight.
When you get past the lawyers' 'mumbo jumbo' designed to cover all the bases, the most concrete and significant fact i found is;

teltek feels that DGIV future share price will be much higher than today's closing price.That is very comforting. 'nuff said !!!
