I would appreciate any educ/url's concerning the indexes-I would like to find out about SOX,SPX,and others. While reading this thread, I have encountered many references to the indexes and #'s, moving below/above certain #'s, etc. I have always relied on researching the companys and picked stocks that way. But, there seems to be a lot I am missing-maybe most of it! Anyway, I tend to learn quickly and would appreciate a jump start on where to go to study these elements. Thanks for any help you can give. BTW, I have learned a lot from reading your posts-very informative. The recent Brazil call you made was spectacular!
