Yesterday, just about the time the mkt was closing someone came on
cnnfn or cnbc and said PROG was a great stock.I know I was awake and
not dreaming. . Did anyone else see this guy on tv??
Can anyone confirm that it did happen? I think this is important
considering the way stocks run when they get mentioned on these financial news networks, and this guy had a suit and tie and said some very nice things about PROG.

Why are you concerned about the small float? That's what attracted me to this great stock in the first place. I LOVE small floats. They create images of multiple splits down the road when their earnings and enhanced market notoriety require more liquidity.
