<What do you think of AMD as an investment at this price point?>

I'm waiting for 20 myself. I can't think of anything that could send AMD back down into the low-teens. Seems like AMD wants to move their median MHz up to 400, and they're willing to do whatever it takes to get there. Since the number of units per quarter will most likely stay flat at 5.5 million, this means that AMD is willing to leave the sub-$1000 market to Intel, Cyrix, etc., and head for greener pastures.

But in the meantime, AMD will have to live in the shadow of Intel, at least for the next month or two. I'm hoping that this will drive the stock price down a couple more points before it goes up again.
