In October 1998, only three months ago, the outstanding shares were 24.000.000. We have problems about the float; different opinions about float. Some investors claim is only 5.000.000, some higher 7 or 8 million shares. I said before, if we can get only 1000 investors to buy 5.000 shares each $250.00 each (at least at the beginning) that's will be 5.000.000 shares.!!!!! Of course, must be strong investors, those who keep the shares and not sell the next day. If we can do that, I have no doubt that we can be trading again for about $ 1.00. Elio
