you could be right about the timeframe
but don't forget that dave said that
they should be able to wind everything up
in six months
also, he said that they would begin submitting
information very soon--won't wait six month
they will submit in a "modular" fashion
this means that we may have approval over
many of the elements beginning this spring!!
i am assuming that everything should be in this summer
then, to get final approval on everything
could be another couple months

don't forget, there is no issue of danger as with medication
no side effects need to be studied
and they do not need to get approval as a stand alone device
they only are going for approval as an adjunct to mammogram

the only thing the FDA could say is:
1. change part of the study--unlikely as coii has been working with very qualified people on study design--and they will be talking with them starting months in advance of final submission--you can be sure they will be talking about all elements of the study design along with the individual modules.
2. the results are poor--unlikely as dave has said the results are better than they expected from samples taken

i expect that there will be upward price movements as the word gets out that there is a new alternative to mammogram (even though it is not being billed as such). and, with no other competitor anywere in sight for the next year or so, we should command some public attention as dave and kathleen get the word out.

therefore i assume we will rally and fall back to highers highs and lower lows as we approach the final decision. if FDA says no, the stock will tank, if FDA says yes, we will have had enough attention to this stock by next summer that a strong rally is highly possible by next summer/fall.
