Michael,

Actually, your Bwaaaaaahaaaaaaahaaaaaa was the highlight of your post. I enjoy a good bwahaha as much as the next guy. No offense taken.

Michael, I challenged you as a "hypster" because you challenged me as a "short". A natural thing, don't you think, but we both know better. As I have said before, we have the same goals, only maybe with a little different time (and price) frame.

You say that we have honest and hard-working management. I'll give you partial credit on that one. They may be hard-working but, with some of the things that have gone on, I might draw the line at honesty or, at least, what they perceive to be totally honest with their shareholders and potential shareholders.

You say that you know the history of the stock quite well. Good! Prove it to me, prove it to the thread. Tell me how and why I made some bucks during the month of April, '98.

Put up or shut up, Michael. Either way, we can be allies. Our purpose is one and the same, to get this stock up where it could be.

Best regards,

AD

Michael,

My apology. Sincerely. I did not mean for that last post to come across with such a taunting tone. Reading it 24 hours later, even I, as mean an old SOB as I am, do not like the way it reads. I'm sorry to have addressed you in that manner under these circumstances.

I was hoping that, if you knew the answer, you would post it or, if you didn't, that you would at least opine a logical answer. That way, I wouldn't be the "know it all". I don't want to be the know-it-all. I want every shareholder to know it all so that they can make their own decisions.

The question was "why did the stock run up drastically(.20 to .80) last April out of nowhere and on no news?". The answer that I am looking for is that stocks like this are "played" by MM's/brokerages. Some poor people can be contacted by a broker they thought that they could trust and be turned onto a stock.

Now, why would I buy into a stock where I held over 15K shares that were, essentially, worthless? Well, I heard a rumor. I don't quite remember where I heard it. It was probably over the stalls in the men's room. :) The rumor was that H.J.Meyers was going to take Suncom off of its "restricted list". You see, HJM would not let its brokers handle Suncom due to the many arbitration hearings, etc. that they had over it. However, they finally succumbed to Dennis' urgings to help him. HJM was one of the premier "pump and dumpers" in the the brokerage world. That rumor is why I decided to buy 10k shares @.20 on 3/31. I sold on 4/30 @.53 because I didn't think that even the spin that HJM could put on it would bring it any higher. I was wrong. They goosed it up into the .80's. Oh well. To be perfectly honest, I did sell 5K shares in my IRA which I had bought long ago @ 5/8. I broke even on them. There were some people who bought last April @ .80 who are still looking to break even.

Why did I buy another 8k shares? Another story.

However, my point is that OTCBB stocks are heavily manipulated by MM's/brokerages. Bull*** press releases only play into their hands. Let's all read the press releases for what they contain or, do not contain. The recent press releases from our company make me want to puch (sp. how do you spell puch?). However, they can be used by promoters to make the stock look great. It is so easy to poke holes in them that It's not worth the effort.

Michael, my very best regards to you. We're not on opposite sides. We only have a different approach. Bwaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaahaaaaaa!

Very best regards,

AD
