IOW, I speculate that in general a cable modem user is a better EGGS customer due to the likely higher degree for each of the three factors I listed. BTW, there wasn't an 8-K filed for this release, at least not yet. The company, I believe, does not regard this as a "material" event at this point. All IMO. Anaxagoras P.S.
