Looking for a broker in all the wrong places. I am looking for an on-line brokerage (with a phone inlet if needed) to handle my option trades (2-3 per week). I have spent the last week and a half being disappointed with potential service (busy signals, saturated servers, poor customer relations, and lack of market skills). My most recent selection was E*Trade but luckily I read an article and saw this thread telling of extremely poor and slow customer service! Can anyone recommend a brokerage that will assign me a personal agent to execute my option positions quickly, fairly and at a reasonable price. I'm looking at moving my other trading accounts there if I can find a true blue brokerage that has not saturated itself to the point of poor customer service at the expense of quick profit. Please help! I pick my own positions, so full service brokers are out! Thanks, Bob
