X, There is a sense beyond just reading body language, although that in itself gives vast amounts of info away about people. I used to be very perceptive but grew to hate knowing what I did because it was usually not good. So I turned it off and tried to know as little as possible about people beyond what they tell me. Call it respecting their privacy, and also not cluttering my life. But there is a supernatural sense also. Such as seeing the future or being aware of unseen danger and avoiding it. Bob

I have followed this thread for about 15 minutes. Can I jump in on the telepathic/ESP discussion. By denying its existance, are we saying that we know everything there is to know about everything ? That all the myseteries that had to be solved have been solved, that now man must not believe in irrational ? Personally, I feel the intuitive part of our selves is just like any of our senses. It is a gift. How we choose to develop or inhibit it, determines how it will develop. If I choose to rely on instinct, my instincts will develop and be refined by every bit of usage. Same with telepathy/ESP. Sometimes when we are sad, and yearn for comforting words, the words spring from the source. Personally for me I have seen that happen every single time. Its as if on cue someone I love walks into my everyday life every time I am in need. It could be thru a phone, a visit, or an email....sometimes its so eerie. But lately I have begun to believe, indeed expect it. And it has never caesed to amaze me. Like today, I was felt sad about a personal issue. And when the sadness turned strong, a friend who I have not seen for over 15 years, a friend who I speak to once a year at the most, called in to say hi. What was that ? Upon asking him how he had called, he said he was watching TV and he suddenly remembered me and felt compelled to talk. How could anyone ever discount ESP ?
