Jay - I got burnt a few months ago buying the parent of a new IPO. After that $5k lesson and a few months thinking and watching, IMHO the parent only gets the $17 or whatever the initial IPO price is. The run up of the stock after that is of no immediate benefit to the parent. Hence shorting the parent now makes more sense to me. As soon as enough of us figure this out (duh) the program will change. <gg>

Did you hold IMON for the Tuesday gap?

Also what was the outcome of your experiment with the upgrade/downgrade trading plan?
