I'm not thinking they are crooks, actually. I'd just like to get some hard facts to help me evaluate them. I've been watching them since their stock was 8, tried to buy some stock a week ago around 14, but my limit order didn't get filled and I've missed the latest run-up.

I'm not sure what you mean by 3 million monthly users. That would imply monthly page views of at least 30 million or more (if you assume each user looked at 10 pages), which is very high, and is not consistent with what I've seen in their earlier filings. If you can get management to be more specific as to page views that would be very helpful.

"Beginning with the acquisition of The SmallCap Investor in 1997, FinancialWeb has grown from one web site and less than 200,000 monthly impressions to twelve sites and nearly 3 million monthly impressions."

Above is a Quote from their web site. At this url.

"impressions" are not users! and the word impressions could mean about anything. I would bet that they are calling "hits" as impressions. and with the number of graphics they have on their pages the number of users and or page views could be pitiful.

Most every major and most minor web sites now talk of "Page Views" or "unique users" per month. "impressions" sounds like more scam to me.

At the current price the FWEB market cap is about 71 million for a dozen or so crappy web sites.

Ya think there is insiders selling here? I bet there is! You get about 71 million for about 12 crapy web sites and a bunch of debt. I would take it!
