Zeev, In a quick scan of the amended prospectus a couple days ago, it looked like a small percentage of notes held by Morgan Standard were being registered. My guess is that the notes are highly illiquid, and in order to raise cash, one of Morgan Stanley's customers decided to convert (at $47/share) in prep for a potential sale. Why, we'll never know. I may misnamed the broker involved. Ian.
