In a PBA the baby is 99% born before it is killed. The little fucker has only his head still in his mother. A breach birth [very dangerous to the mother] is induced. The baby is born from toes to shoulders when they kill it. Kinda like tossing a trout on the bank when you're standing in waist deep water. At that point mama's health isn't an issue. I will say that I urged my cousin's wife to have an abortion. She was 25 and had cancer and the treatment would have killed the child. Life was so precious to her that she had the baby and died a miserable death. Now she was pro life.
