Bull, I for one agree the the information that was detailed in both releases was good news for DGIV. However, potential investors to DGIV that read these releases are met with "language" which is overly- conservative. You can have full disclosure without having to state the obvious..such as we may not receive revenue from this deal if we dont do meet the terms and conditons ...or heaven forbid are hit by a asteroid!! The harm I see from the latest release is that an "uniformed" investor searching news on DGIV will probably get the impression that some previous release was mis-represented or even falsified. The truth is that the second release simply provided details of the first release. As many have stated before, there was nothing mis-stated, so "correction" was innappropriatly used IMHO. At a time when things are moving in the right direction we cant forget about the "public face" we show to the investment community. I hope the company realizes this and spends more time in this area. Having said all that I feel good about the business plan and the direction the company is moving.
