investors always think: what is a FAIR value for my investment? especially in the case of DGIV, since it has not officially filed (yet), we don't know about its financial status. The revised version is a BIG HELP, in my opinion. We found out that WHATEVER DGIV fair value is, Teltek, which has access to DGIV business record as its business partner, has decided that 1.5 is a GREAT price to have!! think about it: yesterday closing price is 1.5, and Teltek has basically stated that a 1.5 price is cheap. That is the main thing I got from the revision: 1.5 is a cheap price for DGIV shares. If it is good enough for Teltek, it is good enough for me!!!!!
