For Your information.. Topfuel, there is a big difference between bashing a company with malicious defamation of a company and posting general information about the company. Ref, your posted message #625 and #623 on the Madera SI chat line referenced below. . Message 7394727 Message 7394194 When you deliberately post a lie or make false and defamatory statements identified below on the internet, intending that they reach as wide audience. You alone can be held liable for your action. Your bashing constitutes libel per se as they are words tenting to injure Madera and would entitle a plaintiff to a recovery without proof of special damages. You alone published the malicious, false and defamatory statements stated below with knowledge that the statements were false, or with reckless disregard as to whether they are false, causing Madera to suffer damages. Your statements are intentional or, at a minimum, reckless portraying Madera by suggestion Madera is producing unregistered stock certificates is a crime punishable as felonies.
