Good morning to you all. With respect to our VNE meeting, we met with company management on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, due to weather problems, we were unable to return in time for purposes of filing a report. Having said that, we met with the company for over an hour and specifically with VNE President, David Lucatch. He has asked us to put out the following statement: "At this time, the company is not prepared to comment on market activity." We know this does not help much but the company has no choice but to take this position at this time. If you have been following VNE over the last 6 months, you will note this company is very open with respect to shareholder communications, including AGORA Corporate Updates and messages directly from the President himself. Unfortunately, this is one of those times where the company is unable to make any comments.
