HerbVic: Home Shopping Network only sells to wide audiences. Even when the Mac was at its heyday, no Mac software or hardware was EVER sold on HSN or on QVC, either. One reason I was keenly aware of that, is that I published Mac software, as you know, and couldn't sell it through those avenues, while PC software and hardware was carried by them from time to time. It truly is a mindshare breakthrough when the iMac is acknowledged by HSN. They do have a regular price for this scanner and it will go back to that price after today, something similar or less than the price you quoted for the AGFA. I assume that this company is trying to compete with the AGFA through this cheap price on HSN. That HSN would do it, is quite remarkable. I sure hope it sells well. Maybe we should all buy some. hehe

As for the stock price, you know I'm out of AAPL investor status as of today, a sadder, poorer, and wiser person. If I had any money LEFT I'd buy some stock or leaps here.

Linda

Herb, From your post Watching the cascading ticker on LiveCharts, it appeared to me that we were under accumulation the whole time we were falling. If we were going lower, it would have happened Friday. As the rebound sharpens, remaining shorts will scramble to cover until we get into above 45 territory.

How do you detirmine that the stock is under "accumulation" all the while sellers are letting the price fall ?

Are you watching the bid/ask or Level II ? Do you look at Time&Sales ?

Seems to me that if it was being "accumulated" the buyers would be only offering stock at a higher price?

I hope your right about the price by the months end ,,I have the feb calls !!
