Matty, Take a look at MUCP : timely.com Their set top box is able to handle the double byte Chinese character set and can work with virtually any ISP. Apparently the Chinese authorities are desperate to try and control/censor the internet. They feel that if everyone has a PC and Microsoft software they stand no chance of controlling it. They would prefer a proprietary set top box. IMO they still will not stand an earthly chance of controlling it.....
