Harvey: Bloomberg is reporting that QCOM and National Register were awarded phone licenses in Brazil for $115 million Real. I thought the story inferred that this is a different contract than the one that QCOM bid for with Bell Canada on Friday. Any thoughts?

Re - In addition, to pay $40 or $50 million for something your competition buys for $2.9 billion seems like a bargain to me.

That's the understatement of the year. But of course the comparison given in the article was for 'area', when what really matters is population and the wealth therein. Anyone know the comparison in those terms?
