TB, just another example of why I don't go after girls in dives like that one. (One of the "Bar"'s, the chain where all the bars are called Bar, and whose motto is "The quicker picker upper". Girls dance on the bar and all these drunken guys stand around and buy them drinks and gawk.)I saw this girl, whose good qualities were that she was fat and dumpy, and talked to her for five minutes while I was in line, and then went over to dance with a girl that my friend had just met and on whom he was making a move. I guess my new friend decided to teach me a lesson. I'd had too much to drink because I had just gotten some bad news. Mildly interesting, though.
Re MU, I think we're probably close to a top, if not at one. Really feels like another blow-off is coming on, though, for the Naz.MSFT's earnings, despite what one might argue about quality, should have an impact for a while, and Brazil seems to be following the Thai market's action following its devaluation to a tee. I'm continually amazed at how stupid people are, but there is a reason the masses were opposed to eugenics- they knew they wouldn't make the cut, and they'd end up with two kids fathered by the valedictorian high school quarterback, who got all the chicks anyway. (note: I'm not arguing in favor of eugenics, just the neutering of Dan Niles, and maybe the commandeering of Viagra from Bob Dole). Can the herd see a tech stock go up and not buy a totally unrelated company based on some sort of inane logic? Dunno, but at times like this would tend to doubt it.
