I agree about the "zone" :)

I find the fact that teltek agreed to a DGIV share price option of 1.5 "interesting". If I were Teltek, I would only agree to such a deal if I think DGIV share price would appreciate considerably.
By being a partner with DGIV and by having DGIV share option, it would be beneficial to Teltek to help DGIV grow and expand.
Since Teltek has licenses in China as well as other Asian countries, I would think that teltek can do a lot to help DGIV and by extension, help itself. IMO, I don't think we have heard the last of the DGIV/Teltek connection.

And the maximum dilution is 320,000 shs, which is nothing about which one should be concerned.

...shouldn't it be the other way around.....shouldn't Teltek be paying DGIV??? I'm also not very impressed with the lack of emphasis on what exactly is DGIV's role in this "parnership?" The press release focuses more on a marketing aspect than DGIV providing technological resources.......which I think is absurd considering DGIV marketed itself as a IP company not a telemarketing group....and they're being paid like a marketing company..lol.

So can we expect a DGIV rep hawking pre-paid phone cards at a Super Market near you?
