I don't know the status of the deal with Checkfree. As to reporting, they are reporting--they merged with a reporting company--ICC Technologies--and will change their name to Rare Medium Group officially at a Special Meeting of Shareholders in about a month.

BLLS will in essence be a CKFR reseller.
this is a real start-up at this point..the
top people are from Billings Concepts (BILL)
so they know the business. I've known about this
one for a couple of weeks as I have several investments
in this area.. EBPP..'electronic bill presentment and
payment' I passed on it for those reasons..
