Randmiser, filling out the J&R form is a one-time deal. You fill out the form, and you get a user ID and password, that you then need to use on the J&R site.

I do not know if you have to remember the J&R user ID and password, or if they will save it as a cookie for you (like Wall St. Journal and N.Y. Times.) But I'm not sure I want e-commerce ID/passwords saved as cookies, so I supect they do not.
