Steve, true, I did make the assumption that the shareholder had recently bought. But even if he were an oldtimer like you, or an ancient like me -- in from CSCC around 23 months ago (incidentally, that merger was greated terribly by the street), I think it still makes sense to hold because of the arbitrage premium.
