What do blue sky laws have to do with this thread?....and if Anthony isnt a registered rep anymore, he certainly isnt worried about blue sky laws...nor should he..... in fact, all the stocks that im aware of that he has told this thread to short, are indeed blue skied in every state....which blue sky laws apply to the recommending and shorting of a particular issue.... do you really know the meaning of blue sky...?? Z baby.....You went long a stock that ran up majorly.....and as a result of it coming down ....your pissed.....why dont you get mad at all the 144 filings the company did instead of at a guy who said sell after it ran up over 300% in just a couple days... mike
